We recently took our Outback to the Subaru dealership and had an excellent experience. Emil, our service advisor, was great to work with—friendly, professional, and kept us well-informed throughout the process. We needed a new wheel bearing, and to our surprise, they replaced both wheel bearings but only charged us for one. It was a generous gesture and really showed their commitment to customer service. Definitely recommend this dealership and especially Emil if you’re looking for honest, high-quality service!
